这集应该是在做广告吧？钱帅君推销那个按摩的东西太刻意。
很多方法感覺都不是很正當科學，專家好像又有點不好意思直接糾正

如果胃本身没有问题的话，切胃不太好吧。。。感觉康熙一直宣传这种类似整形，切胃减肥这些旁门邪道。。。不知道又有多少无知的年轻人去做傻事
好吧 最后有解释。。
obviously u are not in medical line, gastrectomy is a form of surgery to help morbid obesity patient. this is not for cosmesis purpose but for health purpose. it can helps obese patient to reduce the risk of weight related illness ie hypertension and diabetes and vascular disease.
That’s what 沈秦 was saying. It’s a surgery to help obese patients (p.s: obesity is its corresponding noun), thus they shouldn’t make it sound like anyone who wants to loose a few pounds should go get one.
But they did clarify at the end.

減肥的話, 我發現只要三餐定時定量, 細嚼慢嚥, 基本上很難肥. 也不太需要運動.
everyone has different physiology. Regulating diet is great, but others may need something extra. Besides, exercising is good for you regardless.
我以前會邊吃飯邊看康熙, 但這集看到白雲 頓時清粥小菜都變得太油膩反胃. 算了, 反正他有志減重.
