  1. 聖誕麵包吃錯種了啦當然沒什麼……. 傳統聖誕麵包是有水果乾和葡萄乾的叫panettone. 雖然我個人偏好只有葡萄乾的. 你們吃得叫pandoro. 雖然也是聖誕節吃, 可是沒甚麼味道. 加糖粉要把整包倒到袋子裡封口抓緊搖一搖糖粉才會附在麵包上. 義大利人很注重歷史, 必須講解panettone 和pandoro都是依照18世紀貴族食譜傳下來的也用長時間. 不要知道皮毛就亂下定論.
