  2. 我觉得小S减肥方法很对啊。我现在都是8点以后(夏天7点以后不吃)不吃东西,稍微运动下,其实很容易减的。吃也很讲究的,要五谷杂粮,蔬菜,适当的红肉,白肉和海鲜类的摄取。少吃零食、喝饮料。我就不信没有瘦不下来的。当然,很好的作息习惯也有帮助。

  6. 我以前刚减肥的时候梦见bacon在天上飞嘢~~~不过坚持一段时间就好了。关键就是要运动+合理饮食。跑不动的人每天快走5公里就好了(无聊的话可以听audio books之类的)。吃的东西要味道淡的,不要放那么多盐和调味料,慢慢食欲就没有那么强了。有了良好习惯以后根本就没有任何节食的感觉或者忌食的东西,这样也不容易反弹。不过减肥都还是要讲缘分,如果下不了决心我觉得就是缘分还没到哈哈哈!

  7. exercise at least 30 half several times a week(fast walking is exerciss too, light weights will do wonders to sculpt your body. kimiko’s exercises do the same thing too) , small but multiple meals to increase metabolism(ie. eat half of what you eat each meal but finish the other half 3 hours later, so eat 6 meals a day. but each meal only half), eat well(lots of veggies and switch to brown bread, brown rice, for all your carbs)

    you will garantee to loose weight. this is how i lost 20 lbs..

  8. 小小瑜 真的好烦 上了节目(麻辣xxx) 被别人说胖就哭. 不要一直说自己是运动员 怎么样怎么样. 比较难瘦下来. 这些都是借口. 问自己有尽力减肥吗? 少吃多运动. 有恒心一定可以成功. (我也是花10个月的时间减肥)
