All “expert views” on this episode are outdated, inaccurate and dangerous. My cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar all declined when I went off breakfast cereals, skipped breakfast and ate only from 12pm to 8pm. I am in my fourties and never had more energy in my life! All these from skipping breakfast! So, skip breakfast! Don’t listen to their nonsense!
