If youre talking about show you obviously have no idea how this program even works. Don’t you notice that they give special treatments towards certain artists? Like SpeXial, lollipop f, etc. This program in itself is an extension for artists to promote themselves so yeah.
this happening often doesn’t mean that it is legal. Taiwan NCC hands out fines to shows which promote commercial interests without stating their intent. That’s why sometimes their artistes cannot say certain brand names on air.
That’s why you have to be strategic about it. Notice that he focuses on his role as the director of the advert and his position as CEO rather than promoting his clothing line. If he’s smart enough to weave between the lines, why shouldn’t he take the opportunity? He makes the best out of what he gets w/o overstepping the boundaries.
