LOL…so you mean they encourage ppl to succeed if possible…
Therefore, the law was amended during 2005 to abolish it. Not sure about taiwan, but in UK and all the countries that follows UK law abolished it. Tbh, if I were to commit suicide, I would wanna die rather than failing it because it might cause a lot of consequences =p
