个人觉得,公司与员工之间的关系如同恋情,如果双方无法达成共识,很难继续维持雇佣关系的情况下,强扭的瓜真的不甜。但是在请辞的时候还是需要遵守最基本的规则,员工应该给公司足够的时间准备找人接替离职人员的岗位。公司也应该反思在实际工作中是否有些因素会对员工的忠诚度有影响。如果能避免双方的尴尬,对其他员工的工作热情也是一种鼓励。
