1. To be honest, I do not know why is it that they’re quarreling and debating over this. Isn’t it obvious that both are equally important? It’s just like asking a question of is IQ or EQ more important? The answer to this is to have balance. It’s pretty evident that they all have the answer but have to just argue for the sake of this variety talk show.

2. I agree. As long as you do what you do, you do not need to intervene any interpersonal issues.
