  1. I agree with some of the previous reviews– these people don’t actually know anything about the real frat life. I’m in one of the biggest pan-hell sororities and seriously, the parting and social aspects are not what frats are all about. Things I take away from my sorority experience can actually be applied to real life. It is no coincidence that the estimated 10 % of college students that participate in Greek life breeds 120 Forbes 500s CEOs, 48% of U.S presidents, 42% of U.S senators, 30% of U.S congressmen, and 40 % of U.S supreme ocurt justices. Had those people actually bother to get to know greek life/ American culture little better, they would realize that greek life is a tradition and is part of the culture. In the south, joining a sorority was considered a must for those who wanted to improve their social status and it still is a very competitive thing throughout the nation.

Sorry my comment is long, I’m just very frustrated by people’s superficial understanding of frat life. I’m very shocked that the girl would demonstrate her frat’s hand sign on national tv–it’s part of her frat’s ritual, meaning it’s sacred and she’s supposed not supposed to tell anyone. She is probably in one of those co-ed community service or business type of frats, which is more like a student organization rather than the traditionally defined frats. When people think of fraternities, they think of Panhellanic sororities and IFC frats, even the asian/black frats not usually considered “real frats” by mainstream. Plus, frats are very selective, especially those top ones, these people don’t stand a chance anyway.

FYI if anyone is curious, I’m a Chi Omega 🙂

    • Chi O is a very decent sorority, a lot of people of student government in my school are affiliated with Chi O or Alpha Chi Omega

  2. 就都嗆很兇,標題其實也就都下留學生了

    甚麼假ABC? 人家就只是出國留學

    你們一個地方的方言說久了

    換成講別的語言偶爾會用出來

    很會?

  3. I like how these people talk about fraternities and sororities, but almost everyone has only “heard” about what happens. BTW i go to school with one of these people, and they definitely are putting on a persona, only saying what they think the audience wants to hear.

  4. It seems like the only person who uses English as her first language is Chris. She has an obvious English accent, and the funny thing is that she is the only person who’s actually trying to speak in all Mandarin and would only use English words to substitute words she doesn’t know how to say in Mandarin.

Meanwhile, all the exchange students are doing the opposite.

  5. 這集是在做兄弟會的置入嗎?沒個是會員, 都是聽說,不懂為什麼還可聊大半集
    不如請名嘴好了, 反正都是亂掰

  6. I wonder why Taiwanese are rare to find in Australia’s universities? I didn’t even meet one in mine! As u can see the guest in the show most of them went America but none of them went Aus..and so Aus is one of the famous oversea study choices isnt it u guys dont like Aus?

  7. MERRY CHRISTMAS 的時候 hahahahahha.

Afra is the most pretentious exchange student EVER. Drop those English words baby!

  8. I think it’s quite funny/cute how those exchange students kept incorporating English in their responses, as if they’re trying to prove they’ve been in US schools and know better.
