Wow, 台湾大学生家里一个月给一万？！that is $300+!! Man… even back in the days when I was receiving allowance in HS, it’s only $20 per week for lunches only… n it’s not like I get it every week too. Rich bastards! lol.
What else do you pay for in high school besides lunches? He could be living in dorms and paying for the housing, food, gas (assuming he rides his motorcycle), and public transportation costs. When you add it all up, $330/month is just enough and maybe even too little. No need to assume a person’s lifestyle without considering other things.
