  1. 平板支撐最初做時真的30秒都想哭,現在最撐一首歌時間。而且那個站壓15分鐘小腿,什麼練副乳我很需要﹗

  2. This episode is fucked up. People complaining about problems that’s not really there. Why so many skinny people are so vocal about them having thick waist and/or thighs? Are they not gonna be happy until they’re skinny like skeletons?

    • Like it or not, outer beauty is equally important as inner beauty in moulding a successful n healthy life, men or women. Especially for those who are within reach, but havent do so because of lackadaisical attitude.

    • I think this episode is not talking about women stereotype, those celebrities are complaining towards themselves instead of judging others, this is a very normal behaviour and I think most of the people may have the same experience. But I agreed that this show is always promoting gender stereotype, like muscled men, slim women, and I know that they are all joking to make the show fun. Sometimes people may take the content too seriously or misinterpret their meanings. It depends on audiences. Thanks for bringing this topic for discussion 🙂 and sorry my for poor English 🙂

      • yes, all is said in fun and jokes. but behind the fun and laughter there is a serious element of truth in what they’re saying. S wouldn’t go touch an average joe like she touches the muscular dudes, and that obviously mirrors real life. And even if they sincerely believe otherwise, there will be a high percentage of viewers who will take their messages literally, i.e. in simple english, hot bods are the best!

    • Seriously. I hate that the media in Taiwan are constantly objectifying women. Shows like these really send a horrible message to its viewers, especially younger audiences.

      • you cant help it, siao S is an advocator of women’s ego. She likes to compare on materialistic stuff like looks, fame and wealth. There is a reason why taiwan has the highest percentage of ladies with princess sickness, their media have already advocated a culture of such.
