Well… I live in the US and I use all natural ways of cleansing (e.g. soap nuts, castile soap), as well as homemade toothpaste and my skin/body care products. This is not just for my own health but also for the environment.
I used 60 (for very dirty) degree for undies and towels and bedsheets. The rest are 40 degree.
We have 90 degree, but this machine have two 60 degrees, one for dirty and one for normal. I used to use 90 degree but not anymore.
Ah yes, I used 90 degree for the special powder to wash the machine ..
