唉,對簿公堂了,有什麼就在法庭上說吧,在媒體節目上講再多也沒用,反而讓人反感,尤其請個局外人羅小姐不斷說嘴,實在是浪費時間
oh dear…if people don’t like listening to her marriage problems then just turn off the tv, dont read the magazines or exit the page….if you’re gonna watch it fully, then why are you complaining….you CHOSE to listen to what she has to say…..

I’m not sure if people who left these messages actually watched the show or has been following what’s happening to her marriage. In short, most comments = why would she publicize her private family matters on television…she is clearly an aggressive/dominating woman…only her friends are on the showing speaking for her side…she has no shame etc etc.
Firstly, she’s a public figure and I think you can really tell that she tried to act with dignity and not say anything openly bad about her husband here. Her husband is the one who has been acting undignified. He has been quoted as saying she slept her way through her career. Insert my comment: Seriously? I’m sorry she’s an intelligent woman but looks is not her greatest attribute.
Two, yes she’s a strong woman! That’s why she got to where she is. And so? Is a woman dominating just because she will respond back to allegations against her? Is a woman dominating because she is the sole breadwinner for her family. To her husband – I’m sorry, if you’re such a great person and hard worker, you really couldn’t find work for that many years. Also, he said he was looked over from job opportunities because he’s married her. Excuse me? Seriously? Do you take us for idiots?
Third, the male reporter on the show is actually one of her husband’s friend. So both sides are represented here. Look in the previous episode about her and he clearly states that.
Lastly. I don’t think her husband has their children’s best interest here. If you love you children, you will act like responsible adults and allow them to see both their parents. The show clearly states that since her husband has been keeping her son, he has gained 20kg over the summer. That’s a lot of weight for a child over a pretty short time span! Allowing your child to do whatever, eat whatever he want is not caring, it’s neglect. And if you daughter says she wants to stay with her mom, why don’t you let her.
No it’s about the money; it’s about the money because you can raise your children in a great environment in way less the amount of money he is asking for. Because apparently he is wronged and bitter for giving up an apparently bigger and brighter future in America to be with her. Well bud, it was your choice. It was your choice to not work and depend on your wife, although apparently that made you feel unmanly. It was your choice to say what you’ve said and do what you are doing to your children. I hope your conscience will wake up one day.
You are a really clever commentator, but unfortunately, I only see you as a strong supporter for Miss Yu.
First, you said Yu is a public figure, but you didn’t answer the core question — why most of the people have to see her news from TV and the newspaper so many times. You also should recognize the most basic point — people shouldn’t try to take the public media as personal tool — before giving any of your further comments.
You also mentioned “she tried to act with dignity and not say anything openly bad about her husband here”. That’s a funny. You didn’t mention how many times she has used the public media to broadcast her own biased comments. It’s true that she was conservative in her talk in this show, but that’s because she has learned if she does like that, most of the people will not favor her comment. Instead, smartly she let her friends to talk one behalf of her.
Second, what you said here only implies that you only accept Miss Yu’s opinions, but ignore the fact that we shouldn’t judge the details in other’s marriage, since we can easily get biased and insufficient information.
Third, it’s even funny why you tried to cover the fact that most of the people talking about Yu’s marriage on similar TV shows are Yu’s friends, or at least they had some collaboration. And I don’t see where you get the information that Mr. Hu is actually James’s friend. Since you mentioned it, please show your proof. Otherwise, I can tell you logic in speaking — those who don’t talk in favor of Miss Yu are Jame’s friends.
Last, you were mixing two different points here. According to the news, James and Yu can still see their son an daughter. It’s their idea that each parent keeps one child, but still sometimes each can still see the other child. If you don’t like this decision, don’t just blame on James on this decision. I agree gaining 20 kg is not good for a teenager, but, I don’t see how come this could be a convincing proof that James is definitely an irresponsible father. There is no perfect father and mother. Please judge them from the overall aspects.
You should be more subjective in your comments, and don’t act like you know all the facts.
I am not acting like I know all the facts. Clearly I am forming my opinions based on things that I’m seeing here. Perhaps you shouldn’t be so quick as to judge people by saying that I “act like you know all the facts” Cause dude, did I put up a disclaimer that says I know all the facts. Cause if I did, sorry man. I just darn forgets to take that sign off when I make a passionate internet comment sometimes.
And you know what, all our opinions on every issue in life is based on our own biases. For instance, I don’t think it’s ok to stone women to death, but some part of the world do think it’s ok!
Why most people have to see her news from TV/news for oh so many
times you ask. I have no control over that. Do you have control over that? (If you do, tell me how). She has some control over that. Idea here, she can goes on shows but you-don’t-have-to-watch it. However unfortunate it may be, a lot of Taiwanese media and media everyone cover gossip, marriage break up, cheating scandals because guess what, they sell what sells! Princess Di didn’t have to make people feel sorry for her during her divorce, but hey she sure did with her interviews. Did she meant to do it, probably, does that make her the aggressor? Your opinion! But again, you don’t have to watch it. You don’t have to watch what you think it’s junk. And you don’t have to troll comments here. But hey, freedom on the internet. And if you need to complain to anyone, it should be this television station.
And why shouldn’t people use public media as personal tools? People do it all the time. Why is not ok in this case? What is the point of social media then. Is twitter not fools who want to tell the public what they’re doing every living seconds? You don’t have to follow them or be on Twitter for that matter. What’s the point of major news station reporting some twitter/facebook comment made by some famous people. It sells. People like gossip. I like gossip.
Re. ‘many times she has used the public media to broadcast her own biased comments’. Ok since you asked for proof for something else, maybe you can bring me proof for this. And hey, maybe I’ll change my mind about supporting her. You never know. I’m not her biggest fan or anything remotely close. And I really I haven’t watched any of her shows.
Again, who am I to judge. I am merely stating my opinion. My opinion is that in this particular interview, she acted with dignity. And that her husband has said things in quoted news print that I would consider as what you said, why use public media to tell the world that I think my wife got her career sleeping her way up. And no where did I say something something like I JUDGE THIS TO BE TRUE that with my limited knowledge that only freaking loser publicly denounce his wife. An opinion is an opinion.
Oh speaking of proof, go to part 3 of the same show, 新聞娛樂通 2013-09-16 王菲 于美人情路坎坷! around 4:40 and start watching. I cant put the link in the comment here it seems. Oh also, personal comment here – look at Mr. Hu’s face, he sure doesn’t look like he likes what he’s hearing (finger wiggling). Looks like he really wants to rip into her here.
You said ‘…according to the news, James and Yu can still see their son an daughter…’ Yes. They can both see their children now because nothing’s finalized and it’d be illegal for either to keep the kids from the other. And according to (other) news, he hasn’t been making it easy for her. And you know what, maybe both parties have been making it hard because when a marriage fall apart, there is bound to be bitterness. And from (other) news Ms. Yu was afraid he might take the kids to America (since he hates coming to Taiwan to be with her so much…opinion!) and so she wouldn’t be able to see them often. She was also afraid that she won’t be able to see much of her kids at all because how hard it’s been for her to see her son.
You also said ‘…It’s their idea that each parent keeps one child, but still sometimes each can still see the other child…’ Uh no. He clearly said he’s seeking sole custody of both kids (and $$$). She’s the one who wants to one child if that’s possible. She would want to keep her daughter because her daughter stated she wants to stay with her. It’s clear that she misses her son so I’d like to think she’d would want shared custody of both her son and daughter if her husbands would feel the same way. But…he wants sole custody (and $$$). Also, what’s the two points I’m mixing? Maybe I should say I’m so clever for thinking hmm, he kept the son with him, I wonder if that has anything to do the male sex being more important in Chinese society. Don’t judge me! Pun intended. Just stating my my opinion.
Lastly, please gain 20 kg in two months without your significant other/ loved ones/friends noticing. Please tell me how easy it was and if they are upset with your new tubbiness/unsexiness? If I were them, I’d be worried about your future risk of health issues and also your self esteem (especially if you were a teenager). Because I would genuinely care for your well being, physically and mentally. I think that as a caring responsible parent, you should give extra attention to your child, especially if he’s are going through a turbulent part of his life, like I donno…his parents’ divorce. Also, Ms. Yu also said in this interview when she asked what her son did this summer, he happily said nothing! As a Chinese child who had responsible parents, hmm, I had pretty busy summers. I was learning man! I hope that Ms. Yu’s daughter learnt something over the summer. Oh my god I have made so many opinions here based on my limited knowledge I don’t know what to do with myself.
Also in your last paragraph, I believe you meant to say I should be more OBJECTIVE in my comments. I’m not acting like I know all the facts but I do know the definition of objectivity and subjectivity. This is my subjective opinion. And why the heck do I have to be objective. Jus stating my opinion.
Sincerely yours!
My point is simple —
1. Don’t try to expose personal issues, especially those are very controversial and are going to be judged in court, to the public attention. I don’t like what you said “And why shouldn’t people use public media as personal tools? People do it all the time. Why is not ok in this case?”. I think you are probably still young, and hope you’ll get my point after you get older.
2. The watchers shouldn’t judge too much. You tries to stand at Miss Yu’s side, and forms your judgement based on what she has told on the public media, but seem to ignore what James has said. That’s not fair. Actually, I believe that each of them is more or less responsible for their break-up.
Stand away from each side can make you more objective (and yeah, not subjective).
From what I see, she is not the only one airing their dirty laundry. That loser guy did his fair share. Her, being a media person, has more venues, that’s all. It’s unfair to blame her alone, both are at fault.
Unfair? That’s funny. Here I never said Miss Yu is the only one that should be blamed for her marriage. What I’ve focused on is her broadcasting of her marriage, and her usage of the public media. And about what you said “she is not the only one airing their dirty laundry”, as far as I can recall, James made most of his comments in front of the court and only to the news reporters. It’s pretty different from what Miss Yu has done — have a open press conference, and defend herself several times in her own or others’ shows — because the news programs can quote the comments from the two, but it’s very unlikely when Miss Yu is the host or an important guest in the shows.
And when the singer Huang Pin-Yuan broke up with his wife, I made some comment (not here) saying that he would be a bastard if she couldn’t share his properties after divorce. And here, I don’t know if people already know all the facts. People already call James a loser. Just because James is a man? Well, I wish you can teach me how to define fairness. Otherwise, next time I know how I should call a unemployed woman.
so what? what kind of husband he is? what a loser!!
真不懂这个女人想干嘛?!自己家里的烂事拿到电视上来讲,浪费社会资源!真不要脸!!
