1. it sounded absurd about operating on the wrong patient. Normally before the patient is under anaesthetic, the surgeon will ask the patient a few questions for example, to confirm the name of the patient and the type of operation he is here for, the side of the organ etc. They don’t put the patient under anaesthetic until they asked him/her these questions. This will avoid all the issues raised in this program.
