一般人習慣晚餐後吃水果, 這是大忌!
水果一定要在早餐時, 或午餐至晚餐之間吃。
而且一天也不能吃超過兩份水果(除非把水果當早餐)。
一支香蕉就等於兩份水果了, 一杯切粒的西瓜等於一份水果…
