  1. [YT] @supervernagirl it still very fat..look at the ingredient for yogurt..u find lots of chemical end with -cose which is a form of sugar and often it has syrup of some kind..my friend who loose like 72 pounds told me that

    之後超喜歡食東西,一直食,是正常一兩倍份量,
    現在幾年後就胖了,就正常再胖一點點

    所以這些東西我很瞭啊, 吃水果的確很胖, 因為果糖很肥。
    一般人習慣晚餐後吃水果, 這是大忌!
    水果一定要在早餐時, 或午餐至晚餐之間吃。
    而且一天也不能吃超過兩份水果(除非把水果當早餐)。
    一支香蕉就等於兩份水果了, 一杯切粒的西瓜等於一份水果…
