我认为日本的面里最难吃的是乌龙面，太粗太厚，很难入味
味道是要巴在麵外面就很好吃了… 再說, 這種麵就是要吃麵本身的麵香味跟嚼勁, 好的(手工)麵只要一點點調味就夠了, 不需大費周章去入味.
