WTF… Why do the show invited those expats on the show to diss Taiwan when their views are completely off based and bias… Why do Taiwanese subjective themselves to those humiliation over and over again. It’s one thing to be open to cultural exchanges but it’s another thing to have to tolerate insults. Those opinions have no merit and strictly based on personal ignorants. For example they made Taiwanese sound like they have no environmental awareness with the use of plastic bags. Taiwan has one of the better recycling program than anywhere I know… There is still room for improvement… But please check facts. There are plenty of people I had worked with overseas have no concept of recycling… They use paper bags and plastic bags liberally and think recycling is such an hassle. Those expats sitting there judging need to get a reality check. Taiwanese needs to stop selling themselves short… I know other countries have similar type of shows; arena for global discussion… but I am sure they would not allow such public insults and it is not even based on constructive critism.
